The latest third-party iPhone app to draw blogosphere buzz this morning is most definitely not Apple-approved.

Depending which iPhone rumor you believe, the 3G version of iPhone has either been delayed or already landed on U.S. shores and is on its way to being announced at Apple’s WWDC in San Francisco next month. The interest in the 3G version of the iPhone has been building since AT&T executives “accidentally” talked about it at various events.

Apple has picked up two highly-coveted black pencils at the prestigious D&AD Awards, for the design of the iMac and the iPhone, adding to a tally that makes the US technology company the most successful in the 45-year history of the event.

 

I don’t really do much industrial design (there’s probably a good reason for that) but I couldn’t get over a niggling (though probably baseless) inkling that Apple will be coming out with a tablet this spring.
