3G iPhone Images Breakdown

2008/06/05

So the new 3G iPhone, to include GPS and obuiovsly 3G network, with video calls, also the new 2.0 firmware and the AppStore, Heres a little breakdown of the images and some details about them, the date for the 3G iPhone annoucment is the 9th of June, also the WWDC, so onto the images…

These are the most recent and realistic images of the 3G iPhone:

1.

First off why would Apple even make official images or ads to slip
Second Its too slim, the new iPhone is gonna be either the same size as the current or bigger as its packing more memory, plus 3G technology and maybe a GPS system
Third its got no App Store icon or it has the current/old icons for some apps like the calculator icon
I say some person had some free time and whipped up this image in photo shop

2.

Status: Defiantly Fake!

Even to begin to fathom, The carrier says its Cingular, which is now AT&T
No 3G Camera slot on the front
1.0.2 ScreenShot on the case
No apparent difference except the rounder back

3.

Status: Fake

Too wide screen for the 2.0 firmware
No side buttons
Main button too small
It looks like a modded or photoshopped smartphone

4.

Status: Fake

Its a case, need I say more (also it was proven as the company who manufactures this case was found)

5.

Status: Maybe True!

As the circles indicate it has all the necessary parts
The white case may not be the final case as companies never make up the full product while testing

6.

Status: Fake

The case is too big and has no visible speakers, side buttons, headphone jack, etc.
The carrier is T-Mobile, only Apple Officials would barely have these phones and would all be only AT&T or O2
The pixels on the screen don’t match the pixels on the case, pointing that the screenshot is pasted onto the phone
I think this is a custom case with a screenshot pasted on

All in all I wouldn’t count on all the images on the net, since they are more or less all different, maybe at-least one of them are real, the best bet is to wait until the 9th of June, for Apple’s WWDC and wait and see for your self!
